Equipment

  • Blender
  • Glass Jar or Smoothie Jar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 oz white chocolate (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Into a high speed blender add coconut milk, maple syrup or sweetener of choice and white chocolate.
  • Plus to chop the chocolate.Add the frozen strawberries and pineapple and blend on high speed until the texture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • If you don’t have a high speed blender, chop the large fruits in half and let the strawberries defrost for about 10 minutes before adding them in the blender.

Notes

  • Try by all means to use frozen fruits because they will add a frosty texture to your smoothie compared to ice which will dilute the taste of the smoothie.
  • If you don't have a high speed blender make sure to chop the fruit in small pieces.
