1. Gluten-Free Flour 2. Instant Yeast 3. Sugar 4. salt 5. water 6. yogurt 7. tomato sauce or pizza sauce 8. grated cheese 9. pepperoni slices

 In a medium bowl add the flour, salt, yeast, and sugar and whisk to combine.

Add the yogurt, melted butter, and water, and knead the dough

Press the dough into a ball, cover it and place it in a warm spot to rise until it doubles in volume.

When the dough has finished rising roll it out on a dusted surface

Spread the pizza sauce on top of the dough rectangle. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sauce, then top with pepperoni slices.

Carefully roll the dough rectangle into a tight log.

Cut the log into 9 1-inch rolls.

Bake for 20-25 on 400°F or 200°C minutes or until the sides are lightly browned.
