Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon chili powder*
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried chives
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a small bowl or a jar and stir or shake to combine.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.

Notes

* It’s very important to use pure chili powder. Most of the American packaged chili powders have added other ingredients like onion and garlic. Make sure to use 100% pure chili powder or if you can’t find it then substitute for 100% pure cayenne powder.
