1 ⅓cupself-rising flour(use gluten-free if necessary)*
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Add the mashed bananas, eggs, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Next, slowly add in the flour and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and place in a preheated oven.
Bake at 180C/350F for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

*If you want to make this banana bread gluten-free, then you can either use a self-rising gluten-free flour or an all-purpose gluten-free flour like Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free 1:1 Baking Flourand add 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder.
