Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup ripe banana peeled, either fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup baby spinach lightly packed
  • 1 inch ginger  peeled and chopped

Instructions
 

  • To a blender add the banana, mango, pineapple, baby spinach, coconut water and fresh ginger
  • Blend on high speed until thick and creamy.
  • Pour your Detox Island Green Tropical Smoothie to a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use ripe fruits. Using ripe fruits is essential for the taste and texture of the smoothie.
  • If you don’t have frozen fruit you can achieve the same thick consistency by adding a few ice cubes.
  • If you feel like your smoothie is not sweet enough, add a splash of maple syrup or honey.
