To a blender add milk, greek yogurt, frozen banana slices, peanut butter and vanilla extract (if using).
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Use less milk for thicker consistency or add more milk if you want a thinner smoothie.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Optionally serve with banana slices, drizzle of peanut butter or chopped peanuts.
