How to make these bars?

These bars are so easy to make, you will need to follow only 2 simple steps:

STEP 1- MAKE THE BARS

In a medium-sized bowl add oat flour, peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and crushed pretzels. Using your hands or a spatula mix and knead the dough until all the ingredients are incorporated and the dough comes together.

Once all the ingredients are well mixed together transfer the dough to a parchment paper-lined loaf pan. If you don’t have a loaf pan you can use a similarly shaped glass storage container or an 8 by 8-inch square baking pan. sing your hands or a measuring cup push the dough in the pan.

STEP 2 – MAKE THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE

In a medium bowl add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Using a hand whisk, mix the ingredients together. The chocolate ganache will thicken as you whisk it, but that is ok and that is how is should be.

Pour the chocolate ganache on top of the slab, and then use a spatula or a spoon to spread it evenly across the dough. Optionally you can decorate it with pretzels.

Put the slab back in your loaf pan or a  storage container if that’s what you are using. And pop it in the freezer just for a few minutes. This chocolate ganache doesn’t need much time to harden up.

Once it is chilled, take it out of the freezer, slice it into bars and enjoy
